What is the minimum order quantity?
Most bulk chemicals ship from one drum or 25 kg bag upward, and speciality items can be supplied in smaller trial packs for formulation work. Large-volume contracts are quoted per tonne with a delivery schedule agreed in advance.
How quickly can you deliver across Pakistan?
Stocked lines are typically dispatched from our Lahore warehouses within 24 to 48 hours. Deliveries to Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot and Islamabad usually land within two to four working days depending on load size and route.
Do you supply imported or locally sourced material?
Both. Most of our range is imported from audited manufacturers in Europe, China, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, and we supplement it with dependable local sources where quality and continuity are proven.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We provide trial quantities on most product lines so your lab can validate performance in your own formulation before you commit to a bulk purchase.
What documentation comes with each consignment?
Every dispatch includes a certificate of analysis for the batch, the current safety data sheet and full labelling with GHS pictograms. Third-party test reports can be arranged on request.
How do you handle storage and shelf life?
Materials are held in three weatherproof, segregated warehouses with temperature and humidity control on sensitive lines. Stock rotates on a first-expiry-first-out basis and we share remaining shelf life at the time of quotation.

Do you offer technical support with the product?
Yes. Our chemists advise on dosage, sequencing and compatibility, and can visit your plant to troubleshoot formulation or process issues on site.
What payment terms are available?
New customers usually start on advance or partial-advance terms. Credit terms are available for established accounts after a short commercial review.
